  • Resolution: Upon review, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or store credit at our discretion.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Floral arrangements and perishable goods are not eligible for physical return.
  • Incorrect Delivery Information: We are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided at checkout.
